Material- Made with high quality 4mm glass beads snd durable elastic string.

Sizes:

ADULT SIZES

Small - 6.5 inch

Regular size- 7 inch

Large size- 7.5 to 8inch 

KID SIZES

Small size - 6 inch best for 4 to 5 year olds

Medium size - 6.5 best for 6 to 7 year old

Large- 7inch best for 8 and older. 

Most people are regular size. Best practice to measure would be to take a soft measuring tape or ribbon and mark the point where it overlaps. For comfort fit add .05 or 1 inch to wrist measurement.
